We ship every business day, providing stock is available and orders are placed before 12pm AEST.
Should an item not be in stock you will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order or after placing the order.
Bulk goods may be sent individually or as part of a bulk service through a courier service, additional fees and charges may apply.
If your order contains digital products or software, these should be available within 24 hours, unless development work is required.
Shipping (if applicable)
All products will be shipped within Australia using a courier service or Australia Post. All orders are shipped with tracking protection for peace of mind.
Insurance (if applicable)
Products will be insured during transit from our warehouse to the value of the product(s) being shipped. We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged after delivery has been confirmed. If damage has occurred during transit, please contact the shipping service and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
